Lets advertise for you
If you join us we will spend money to advertise your services and when we find potential clients we will send their details to you. You must then contact them ASAP and arrange with them when to see them or to give them a quotation just like you normally do. We also need to know if you made contact with the clients (Our referrals). If you email their quotation you must also cc us. If you give them a written quotation on the spot you can fax it to us later. We must get a copy of all the quotes you send to our referrals.
Our fee
We get a 5% commission on all the clients we send to you BUT only if they buy from you. If they do not accept your quotation we get nothing. For all the jobs under R5000 that you get from our referrals we will invoice you on a weekly basis. Our commission on jobs bigger than R5000 will be invoiced and must be paid as per our attached agreement.
Please note that you can, may and must carry on with your current advertising like always. The idea is not to replace it. We are simply trying to enhance it! Our service to you is just an ad on.
How will this benefit you?
1. With us you only pay for ads that actually brought sales.
2. In the long run you will save money on advertising.
3. You spend less time on marketing so you can focus more on your core business.
4. You should then have more time for customer care and small detail.
5. We also aim to filter out (screen) the clients that you are not equipped to deal with as well as the ones that is out of your operating area.
We cannot guarantee any number of referrals per month but remember, we are paying for the ads and the marketing if you don’t get clients from us we get nothing. Rest assure… we will do our very best to send as many as possible to you!
To join us you must do 3 things:
1. Look at our advertising agreement. If you agree with it please print it, complete it, initial each page and sign the last page. You can scan and attach it with the online application form or email it to thys@ramlodi.co.za or fax it to 086 621 6691.

3. Complete our online application form at the bottom of this page and submit it.

As soon as we received your application, your signed agreement and the signed terms & conditions we will process it and let you know. We will then update our records with your details. Once that is in place we will include you in our advertising campaigns.
To stay joined
If joined us and you want us to keep on sending you potential clients you need to:
1. Treat our referrals well.
2. Deliver quality work on time.
3. Give us good feedback on our referrals.
4. Pay us on time.
5. Stick to our agreement.
Cancellation
If you decide after you have joined us that this is not working for you, you are welcome to give us a week’s notice as per our agreement and we will accept and cancel our agreement.
